- Enhance the mental, emotional, and social well-being of the community through culturally competent practices.

Activities:
- Wellness Workshops: Offer sessions on stress management, trauma-informed care, and holistic healing practices rooted in African traditions.

- Support Groups: Create safe spaces for dialogue around mental health, identity, and community challenges.

- Physical Wellness Programs: Include yoga, meditation, and traditional African dance and movement classes.

Outcomes:
- Improved mental health, stronger social connections, and a community better equipped to support one another.
